2009-2010 OTREC Request For Proposal

This RFP was released in anticipation of continued funding from the Research and Innovative Technology Administration (RITA) under the U.S. Department of Transportation. Awards for the 2009-10 funding cycle will not be finalized until notifiation of 2009-2010 federal funding. Abstract submission for 2009-2010 projects is CLOSED. OTREC will only accept full proposals for abstracts that are submitted by the deadline. Full proposals were due 5:00 pm on March 20, 2009 and submission is now CLOSED .
