You will need an OTREC account to submit a proposals. If you do not have an existing account, please create one. If you have forgotten your log-in details, please contact Hau Hagedorn (hagedorn@otrec.us). Once you submit a proposal, it will be added to your user account. To make changes to an existing proposal log in at: http://otrec.us/main/login.php You will be able to update the any information the next time you log in. Full proposals are due 5:00 pm on April 9, 2010.
